How do I pay for my order?

You can pay with cards from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Euro card, JCB, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon.com gift certificate or a check or money order denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Do I need to pay Custom Fees?

If you choose Priority shipping to Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and United Arab Emirates, Amazon Export Sales will estimate and collect an Import Fees Deposit to be used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.
For all other shipments, any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further details.

How do I know if a specific item can be shipped to my country?

All books, music, video, and DVD items can be shipped to any international destination that is not restricted by the U.S. State Department. Some software, electronics accessories, kitchen and housewares, and hand tools can be shipped to a non-U.S. destination (currently, Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and United Arab Emirates. If an item can't be shipped to your destination, you will see a message to that effect when checking out.
